Executive Summary
First and foremost, CashFlow is all about generating
the absolute highest level of cash possible at month or quarter end
for our clients. This is not done by luck, heroic effort, or secret
method. It is accomplished by passionately executing the most
effective strategies, using innovative systems and motivated people
to generate cash for our clients.
CashFlow was created in response to the following
two realities encountered by businesses today:

Within working capital improvement, success in
generating maximum cash from receivables is sorely lacking.
Companies generally lack the focus, expertise, systems and processes
to generate the maximum cash from their accounts receivables month
after month.
We regularly see companies with higher than average
DSO’s with management accepting it as best possible, thus forgoing
substantial increases in working capital.
Additionally, we regularly see CFO’s having no real
option other than relying on, at best, well meaning but ill-equipped
internal departments to design, implement and execute strategies
that maximize cash.
Bottom Line: Organizations traditionally cannot
consistently rely on internally driven improvements in working
capital as a means of gaining improved financial performance. CashFlow Enhancement Group provides our clients the means to benefit
from significant improvement in receivables performance as a means
toward improving working capital. We regularly produce and maintain
a 10-25% reduction in DSO for our clients.
CashFlow started in 1997 with the goal of
systematically executing the best practices in cash acceleration and
receivables management for our clients across their entire customer
base. We are not a collection agency that works bad debt. We perform
as an extension of our clients’ organization (ie co-source or
